As an Occupational: Medicine trained Physician I URGE you to consult the EAP at your place of employment and if your employer does not have an Employee Assistance Program get a referral to a counselor with experience in work related stress. I have found that CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy ) is most helpful! Good Luck....and don't ignore it..BE WELL! Dr Z
