Hi doctor, i've had a cough for 2 months and a white spot on my tonsil for 4 weeks. a few weeks ago i had a feeling that i had something stuck in my throat and when i would cough i would not be able to breathe or talk for about 30 seconds.

Full History/Exam: You need a full history and physical exam. First step is to get your vital signs and collect your medical history, allergies, sexual history, social history, etc. Sounds like your airway is being compromised so you need to be seen ASAP fever or not.
