Pulm hypertension: The use of oxygen is cumbersome and although necessary at altitude, may be enough of an inconvenience for you to relocate. In any case, the PH may increase, and the flow/level of oxygen may be insufficient enough to cause coronary (heart) problems. Go to a lower altitude, and if oxygen requirements increase, you can always start at a lower level.
