My two month old baby voice is gone it was abit rusty yesterday but this morning it's completely gone do i need to worry or will it go away on his own?

Usually: This is usually from vocal cord swelling due to overuse (fussing) and will resolve when the swelling subsides. If it persists for more than a week you may need to have the kid seen. A cool mist vaporizer puts out a soothing moisture that can sometimes help.
