It is actually: too early to really know about the health effects of vaping in terms of lung pathology..(the effects of long term nicotine intake ARE known!) Peribronchial "cuffing" is a sign of bronchial IRRITATION and I would "guess" that it could very well be due to the inhalant "base" which forms the vapor itself! My Opinion only...hope it's helpful! Uncertain: However, as of 11 SEP 2019 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reported 6 deaths & > 450 possible cases of severe lung injury in 33 states & 1 jurisdiction related to vaping. The mechanism of injury is poorly understood at this time. Don't recommend vaping. Is vaping worth the risk?
