Mgt PHI: The imaging may be uploaded to an inbox consultation. From your description I would suggest a follow up imaging study with an evaluation with additional information. Have you smoked? Is there a family history of cancer? Have you been tested for any infections? The mass is probably impinging on the airway and causing areas of collapse, called atelectasis. This area is prone to secondary infection
