Hi, im 26 weeks pregnant and i think i have the common cold - what can i take for it? my runny nose is keeping me from sleeping at the moment

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Otc decongestant: As long as you do not have any other medical problems, tylenol and over the counter decongestants are ok to take in pregnancy. Your doctor most likely has a list of safe medications that he/she can give you as well. also make sure to stay well hydrated, get plenty of rest, try humidifier or steamy shower.
