A member asked:

Can i take any cold meds during pregnancy i know there is no cure for common cold but i am always sneezing and nose is constantly running and i'm raw?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: I give a list of medications that are safe to take during pregnancy for a variety of conditions. In general it is relatively safe to use pseudophed, tylenol (acetaminophen) cold, benedry, afrin or neosynephrine nasal spray and plain robitussin. However, not knowing your other health problems this is just a general list.
