Just avoid them all: Last time I checked Jell-O was not a necessary part of a child's diet. Any artificial coloring can confuse the observer who is trying to analyze the tissue color tones during a colonoscopy. Why make such an invasive and important study any harder by feeding the kid stuff that can interfere? Why not just skip the treat until you are finished with the study ?
