See a doctor: It is impossible to tell what pain is from without an exam and more thorough history. Pain that comes and goes as intervals is commonly intestinal cramping from the intestines that lie on top of the uterus. Sometimes an ovary can twist and untwist causing severe, worst pain of your life pain. To know for sure if the pain is either of these issues or something else, please see a doctor
