Weight Loss Meds: Cymgen is known as Duloxetine in the USA. This medicine is not normally used for weight loss. There are several options for medications approved for weight loss in the USA. Nearly all medication options are designed to suppress appetite so that a person eats less (except Orlistat). Medications are to be combined with a nutrition and exercise regime. Drug therapy is not for everyone.
