Probably: Usually we don't change medication when it has worked well on a patient. Given the circumstance, Incruise would be a reasonable substitute but do realize that they are similar but not identical.

It may be: Incruse Ellipta may be a viable option because it is in the same class of drugs as Spiriva and has been shown to be safe and effective in the treatment of COPD.
