Overtreatment: Five days of azithromycin (Z-pack) for chlamydia has not been studied formally, but almost certainly would be effective. For sure there is no need for that, plus doxycycline, plus another single dose of azithromycin. If your symptoms are gone, probably no need for additional treatment -- but have another urine test in 2-3 weeks to make sure it's negative, and no sex in the meantime.
