I have severe atopic dermatitis eczema and have several allergies including tree nuts and fish. is borage oil safe and effective for me? thank you.

Borage oil: Borage oil for skin application has been felt to be anti-inflammatory and moisturizing. However results for eczema have been mixed. No adverse effects would be expected with atopic dermatitis for short term use, but I would recommend asking a dermatologist about long term effects.
