Mult. Possibilities: It would be important to know the cause of your vomiting and bloating as this may be included in the symptoms of dysautonomia which would include the other symptoms mentioned. Other considerations include: med. side effects infectious- Lyme's disease, endocarditis endocrine- hyperthyroidism, diabetes obstructive sleep apnea, MS, and others that would require more investigation.
