Less or no symptoms: like cough, shortness of breath, fever, etc , if no improvement or getting worse despite treatment after few days, revisit or call your doctor for re-evaluation, best wishes

Less cough: When you are recovering from acute bronchitis or exacerbation of chronic bronchitis - you are having less cough, less sputum production, your sputum is becoming clear, you do not have anymore difficulty to breath and no fever.
