Not sure: Given your young age and the lack of any additional history, I am uncertain as to whether there is truly a bruit resulting from a vascular obstruction. The echo findings mentioned by you are not helpful. If you have not been examined by your primary physician, I would seek his advise as to what should be done if anything.
