Yes: Rabies is transmitted by saliva. Wash the eye out immediately. See: https://www.cdc.gov/rabies/exposure/type.html If the animal was acting aggressive or was likely infected then I would seek medical attention at once. If you were licked in the face by a neighbor's puppy then the risk is extremely low.
