Theoretically, yes: Theoretically it is possible to transmit the virus in saliva from an intact surface to a non-intact surface. The amount of dilution and size of the area of non-intact skin will determine the probability of transmission, in addition to the further dilution of the viral load following the recognition of contact with non-intact skin. If in doubt, post-exposure prophylaxis should be considered.
