See a Urologist: Most small stones pass by themselves. Some require lithotripsy either percutaneous or through a scope. Some require a tube through your back into the kidney for the urologist to insert a scope to break up and remove the stones.

See a urologist: Treatment depends upon composition & size of stones7 your anatomy & ?Presence of infection. Evaluation at some time should include blood & 24 hour urine tests looking for matabolic causes. Treatment will depend upon all of above including drinking lots of water & minimal salt intake. Small stows may pass on their own, larger ones may require shockwave, endoscopic laser or percutaneous lthotripsy.
