Here are some ...: Clinically, a non-moving 2-mm stone would not usually cause symptom & if it is detached and dropped to move through ureter, it would most likely pass by itself although you may experience some pain, but much better than taking surgery-related risks to undergo procedures. So, leave it alone. Yet, Flomax (tamsulosin) would not help a 2-mm calyceal stone to move and pass although it may help stone in lower ureter
