Can thyroid cancer present only in cervical lymph nodes? i have hashimotos. pathologic looking round lymph nodes were found during ultrasound.

No: Very common for women to have thyroid nodules, and cysts. Ultrasound is a screening test. Did the radiologist suggest a fine needle biopsy of any of the thyroid finding? Do you have a thyroid mass? If no nodules or cysts no possibility of thyroid cancer. See an ENT physician for a complete review of your specific situation.
