More info needed: What are feeling or seeing on your tongue? If you haven't recently given oral sex to someone, probably not an STD. You'll need to see a doctor -- if you're having painful sores, sore throat, or fever, see someone ASAP (even on a Sunday). Otherwise, your PCP. If you need to keep confidential from parents, try local health department or Planned Parenthood; or get advice from your school nurse.
