Many possibilities..: Rash spots can be from many causes, such as: hives, viral infections, medication causes, hot-tub rashes, heat rashes, reactions to creams or lotions, allergic reactions to some things (including foods), internal medical disorders, etc... That means a rash that persists or is worrisome in appearance should be examined. Abdominal pain also has many possible causes. Primary care doctor can evaluate.

Weight loss: a rap sucks when you associated with abdominal pain and weight loss. Would be suspicious for infection some type of an inflammatory process at his lupus would be possible.
