Rash & weight loss: The fatigue and wight loss are more alarming and you should be evaluated for systemic diseases such as malignancy or serious infections such as HIV of course if you have any risk factors for it ... Autoimmune diseases such as SLE, RA are other possibilities ...Rash can be associated with many diseases ... See your PCP soon !
