Low risk for HIV: Even with entirely unprotected vaginal sex, if the female partner has HIV, the average transmission risk is around once for ever 2,500 exposures. And most sex workers don't have HIV. So this is a low risk situation. But play it safe and have an HIV antigen-antibody (4th generation, combo) test in a few weeks. You can expect it to be negative.
