I'm 37 weeks and 6 days pregnant. i've been experiencing period pain like cramps accompanied by lower back pains since last week tuesday. how will i know if it's real labour? should i still wait for bloody discharge and my water to break?

Timing is everything: If those cramps/pains occur at timely 5 minute intervals regularly or less, then that is the beginning of labor and you need to contact your OB MD regardless of bloody show or bag of water breaks. If bleeding occurs or ruptured membranes without labor please notify your OB MD immediately.
