Wrong meds: Sounds like you are self treating? You may not have a bacterial infection causing the cough... No need for the amoxicillin. The other meds are herbal? Top reasons for cough in adult: viral upper respiratory (antibiotics will have no effect); allergies/sinusitis (amoxicillin not great for sinusitis); acid reflux; asthma. If your cough has been present for more than 2 weeks - see a doctor.
