I've been training for track and after afew practices using spikes i've been experiencing a sharp burning pain in my calves and it is difficult (almost impossible) to even walk at this point. it began in one leg, but with continuation spread to both?

Calf pain: post exercise MAY be due to a build up of lactic acid the your muscles. Do you cool down slowly after exercise? That can help. Are you well hydrated? Please see your doctor to rule out circulatory conditions. Peace and good health.
