I discovered i have haemorrhoids, however, im not constipated. if it possible that i have too much rough fiber in my diet that caused this problem ?

Hemorrhoids. : If you’ve increased your fiber intake without increasing your water intake adequately, then the fiber could actually make you strain more with bowel movements. As such, this could lead to hemorrhoids. As always, drink water until your urine is almost clear.

Fiber and water: Agree with Dr. Lin. Taking fiber is good and your should drink enough water so that your urine is mostly colorless. However, you should consult a doctor for treatment as bleeding from hemorrhoids can result in anemia. Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Not usually: In fact many physician recommend a high fiber diet for people with hemorrhoids.... If your stools are very HARD..suggest you add a STOOL SOFTENER (EG: Colace, Pericolace) Hope this is hepful! Dr Z
