About water...: A good washing with water will do just fine in rinsing away sperm off the hands. Soap is optional, but using soap is ok too. No sperm = no baby. If still worried, one can do a home urine pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex... if one's regular menstrual period hasn't come by then.
