Generally NO: These 2 medication together may increase the risk of serotonin syndrome, hypo-natremia, and have other adverse or additive effects. This is not to say that in specific circumstances, where you physician appreciates all the risks, but believes it is necessary, it may be helpful to combine these 2 medications in a specific situation.
