I have a wart in my right nostril on the left side.now in the same nostril on the other side its swollen with sores. should i be concerned?

Infection?: It sounds like you have an acute infection of some sort. If so, it is unrelated to the previous wart problem. "Swollen with sores" suggests staph, strep, herpes, or other infection that needs immediate treatment. See your doctor ASAP. (Also get the "wart" checked, especially if it hasn't been professionally diagnosed. Facial warts are rare, maybe something else.
