I'm a 21 year old female with no health problems other than anxiety. i have sharp upper back pain that comes and goes.should i be worried about aortic dissection?

You're only 21 once: Age 21 is a great time in life. A 21-year old can see her primary care doctor annually if she worries about health issues, or every 2-3 years if she is a normal woman without excess worry. An Ob-Gyn doctor is needed if her primary care doctor does not take care of Ob-Gyn issues. A psychiatrist is needed if she has continued anxiety despite primary care treatment... or else life will not be fun.
