Its recommended use seems bearing no adverse effects on the baby, but is always to check with your doc & his pediatrician for necessary precaution. If used, get to be alert to potential side effects. So, online opinion alone should not replace Dr's care

Absolutely not!: Definitely not! This is a diuretic. It is not safe for baby. The product advertises to be "a water-weight loss secret trusted by millions to help them look and feel lighter each month" Continuing breastfeeding with moderate exercise and diet is in fact the BEST way for you to lose weight over the next three months!
