Talk to doctor: Prozac (fluoxetine) also comes in concentrate (liquid) form. You could in theory get a 1 mg dose that way. However, your dose now is very low. Lightheadedness could also be underlying anxiety symptom recurring. Best to hold the dose and take daily until you review with prescribing doctor, who needs to monitor any dose changes.
