I developed a boil on my bra line, and i attempted to treat with castor oil and heat. size stabilized, no drainage yet, but it no longer hurts. why?!?

Cyst: cysts can be asymptomatic , but may become irritated or even infected at time...and hence the pain. You probably just used the top meds at a time when the cyst was going to improve anyway. If it enlarges , it might be a good idea to consider its surgical removal.
