Galactorrhea, Zoloft (sertraline): I understand your concern. Zoloft is for Depression and Anxiety; Xanax (alprazolam) is for Anxiety. Zoloft may cause Galactorrhea, a milky nipple discharge unrelated to the normal milk production of breast-feeding which may show as spots described by you.
