Emergency exam: You have to take your daughter to a clinic immediately for an exam. The absence of vomiting and diarrhea does not rule out a possibly serious condition. The fever along with the abdominal pain for 2 days is of concern. These symptoms could be from many causes including a serious infection and poisoning, The faster she is properly diagnosed the better her chances for a full recovery!
