Exam/treatment: As I practice in Pennsylvania I don't know the practitioners in the Vaal Triangle. If it has been more that 6 months since your last professional examination/cleaning, you may have ongoing gum disease. You need to be seen as soon as possible by a Dentist. Ask your friends, neighbors, coworkers for recommendation.
