Sa: want it reactive: Having the same serology results as one had last time, usually means the same thing as they meant last time. HepB sa likely means "surface antibody," for which "nonreactive" means not immune (and not guaranteed non-infectious in this type of situation). If vaccines were done after last time's lab results, and HepB sa is still nonreactive, the doctor might not do any more vaccinations.
