One, not both: While there is a theoretical decrease in the effects of sotalol (Sota-Hexal) when combined with ibuprofen (Neurofen) the effect is minimal. You should NOT take Spasmed which is a combination of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) and a smooth muscle inhibitor with ibuprofen because you are combining two NSAIDs and risk exacerbating the side effects of both (ulcers, kidney injury).
