Help with the flu. : Once you have the flu, medication aside, your best bet would be rest, adequate hydration (water until your urine is almost clear), wholesome nutrition including complex carbohydrates and lean proteins. Consider Tamiflu if you can start it within 48 hours of symptom onset. If you’re worsening, get to emergency room. This flu season is particularly bad.
