A 36-year-old female asked:

I started getting headaches and nauseous that was followed with excruciating stomach cramps. this morning it turned ito cramps and diarrhea. it feels like i have something stuck just under my rib cage and abdomen area where the cramps come from ?

Sick?: Sounds like a viral syndrome. Would treat with symptomatic fixes. Lots of fluids and stay hydrated. Ice blocks are perfect for this. Water, juice, sports drinks are all good. As for the fever it is ok to alternate pamol every 6 hours with ibuprofen every 8 hours. Rest chicken soups are also good. See Dr if not better or if symptoms change or worsen.
