How do i keep my cholesterol in check?

Many ways: You need to eat a healthy diet. More protein fruits and vegetables and less carbs fats and sugars. Then you need to exercise at least 1 hour every day. And finally if all this and still cholesterol is elevated you may be genetically prone to high cholesterol so medication is your next plan

High cholesterol can be the result of 2 separate processes. A person can be either an overproducer (the body's own production of cholesterol) or an overabsorber (from food). The treatment is different for each one. There are now more advanced tests available to answer this question and to guide the treatment approach. Ask your doctor about them.
