CBT/RET: YOU- must have some insight into your own issues: is this a new or chronic issue? Hoe long has it been going on? Have you been treated for anxiety, depression or OCD? Do you use/abuse drugs?. I would suggest CBT ( cognitive behavioral therapy) and or RET ( rational emotive therapy); however, if these thoughts are delusional ( fixed, false,ideas ) psychotherapy is needed.
