NO: Please clean away all mucous and eyelash/eyelid crusting, using a solution of 50% warm water and 50% baby soap on a sterile Q-tip, and then dispose the Q-tip into a plastic bag and carefully wash your hands and clean the baby's nails. 80% of these issues are viral infections and DO NOT require antibiotic therapy. Do not use tobramycin unless prescribed by your pediatrician.
