Sedation: Depending on your need to raise your body's levels of serotonin you may find that you are sleepy or feel like a Zombie. Since you are self-medicating with a prescription drug it is good you are asking for guidance. There are many antidepressants available and if Zoloft (sertraline) causes side effects another medication might be more helpful. Consult a Doctor if you need a med change.
