Probably no STD: Oral sex is safe sex -- not completely free of risk, but low risk for all STDs and zero risk for some. No STD from oral sex is a likely cause of "mild testicular pain". Genitally focused anxiety, due to a sexual decision you may regret, is likely. But to be maximally safe, see a doctor and get checked for STDs.
