Bulging eardrums: Bulging eardrums reflect fluid behind the eardrum. can be due to infection-/post infection or allergies, rarely injury. May be a nidus for infection/ hearing issues. Discuss w/ doc methods to decrease the fluid - antihistamines, decongestants and assess whether allergies especially food allergies(milk) may be a cause and if controlling them could limit the fluid. f/u/w/allergist/ ENT
